Apply 2 Second Nail Primer to remove dirt, oil or residue. Once dry, apply a thin coat of Hard Rock. Wait for nails to dry and apply two thin coats of your Deborah Lippmann nail lacquer of choice. Finish with a final coat of Hard Rock.
